Wedding Style Collective was created in order to champion the traditional wedding dress shopping experience. There is nothing more exciting than shopping for your wedding dress and finding the one, so we want to make it easier than ever before for brides to have that experience.
You can browse by dress style or location to find the right bridal boutique for you, then easily book or request an appointment to try on the bridal gowns you love. We know that everyone is busy, so you can easily organise your bridal shopping trips and shortlist the dresses you love all in one place.
Once you have chosen the dress you want to see you will have two choices; pick a boutique that you know stocks that particular dress and book an appointment to see the dress or make an enquiry with a boutique that stocks dresses from that manufacturer or designer.
If you book an appointment with a boutique that stocks the dress you have chosen you will receive an email confirmation of your appointment being booked and the boutique will be in touch with you to confirm the details.
If you make an enquiry with a boutique that stocks that designer or manufacturer than you can provisionally an appointment and speak to the boutique about your particular dress enquiry.

Most boutiques will have review sites on their Facebook page and any complaints about service or general feedback should be given directly to them. However, if you have any greater concerns and would like Wedding Style Collective to know, please email: email@example.com.
After confirming your booking you will receive an email to your registered email address on your account. If you have not received this within at least an hour, please look in your junk email folder. Please be aware that this confirmation email is generated through BridalLive or Wedding Style Collective’s automated confirmation email system.
If you do not receive your booking confirmation please contact the boutique directly and they will be able to process your booking directly and if you are unable to do so please contact the Wedding Style Collective team directly: firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you have lost your booking confirmation please contact email@example.com and we will be able to verify your booking confirmation and help generate a new one. Or you can speak to your boutique directly who also receive a confirmation of booking made upon confirmation.
If you want to change your booking you will be able to do so through ‘your account’.
Only Brides will be able to log in to their Wedding Style Collective accounts for now so if you are having problems logging in, please contact the team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be able to look through your account and help you log in or reset your account.
